The Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Mr Wu Bangguo (right), started the second day (December 3) of his stay in Hong Kong by visiting the AsiaWorld-Expo, the venue of the ITU TELECOM WORLD 2006. The ITU Secretary-General, Mr Yoshio Utsumi, receives him upon his arrival.
