Mr Ho Kwong-wai, Deputy Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services, will succeed Mr Roger Lai Sze-hoi as Director of Electrical and Mechanical Services with effect from December 16, 2006. Mr Lai will proceed on pre-retirement leave on the same day after 25 years of service.
