The Secretary for Commerce, Industry and Technology, Mr Joseph WP Wong, meets with the Canadian Minister of International Trade, Mr David Emerson, in Hanoi, Viet Nam today (November 15). He says that Hong Kong looks forward to have even closer trade collaboration with Canada.
