The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, receives congratulations for Dr Margaret Chan's nomination from the President of the Belgian Senate, Mrs Anne-Marie Lizin. Mrs Lizin was the first overseas political leader to offer congratulations on the nomination. The news of Margaret Chan's nomination came through during the meeting between CE and Mrs Lizin.
