54th Autumn Fair on November 4 (with photos)
********************************************

The Correctional Services Department Sports Association (CSDSA) will hold its 54th Autumn Fair in Stanley on November 4 (Saturday).
Executive Director of the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Dr Rosanna Wong will officiate at the fair.

The theme of this year's fair is "Care, love, support rehabilitation", a reflection of the Correctional Services Department's commitment to solicit community support for rehabilitation of offenders.
Fifty-four years after it was founded, fascination of the fair endures. Products including arts and handicrafts, toys, as well as rattan and wooden furniture made by prisoners will be on sale at about 40 stalls.  All proceeds from the sales will go to charities including services for prisoners¡¦ welfare, which provides an opportunity for prisoners to contribute to the community.

The fair features a rich entertainment programme including a variety show, auction, marching band display, lion dance, training demonstration of guard dogs, and a lucky draw.

The fair will take place from 11am to 5pm on the football field next to Stanley Prison.  People are welcome to share in the fun and contribute to charities.  Admission is free.

The venue is accessible by bus routes 6, 6X, 63, 73, 260 and 973 and green minibus routes 40 and 52.
