As the red rainstorm warning and the tropical cyclone warning signal number 3 are now in force, classes of all PM schools are suspended this afternoon. AM schools and whole-day schools (including kindergartens, schools for physically handicapped children and schools for mentally handicapped children) which are in session should continue until the end of school hours. They should ensure that conditions are safe before students are allowed to return home."
