The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) announced today (August 9) that due to the discovery of vomit in the leisure pool of Sheung Shui Swimming Pool in the North District, the pool complex has been temporarily closed for cleaning and sterilisation. The pool complex will reopen at 9pm today.
The LCSD appealed to swimmers that they should be considerate and work together to keep the swimming pools clean and hygienic. They should not swim after a full meal and should use the toilet facilities if necessary before swimming.
