The Secretary for Education and Manpower, Professor Arthur K C Li, congratulates one of the students of Po Leung Kuk Lee Shing Pik College on his achievements. Prof. Li today (August 9) visited Po Leung Kuk Lee Shing Pik College in Tsuen Wan and St Joseph's College in Central to give his best wishes and encouragement to students receiving their HKCEE results.
