The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, greets the Chairman of the Hong Kong Coalition of Professional Services, Mr Leung Chun-ying (right) today (August 7) at the start of the consultation process in preparation for his Policy Address to be delivered in October. He met the representatives of professional bodies to seek their views on a wide range of issues at the Central Government Offices. Mr Tsang will also meet representatives from other sectors in the coming weeks.
