The Town Planning Board today (July 28) announced amendments to the draft South West Kowloon Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendments mainly involve rezoning of a site at the junction of Lai Chi Kok Road/Sham Mong Road from "Government, Institution or Community" to "Other Specified Uses" ("OU") annotated "Petrol Filling Station" ("PFS"), revision to the Notes for the "OU" zone to incorporate the new Notes for "PFS" and revisions to the Notes for the "Industrial" zone.
Opportunity is also taken to update the Explanatory Statement of the OZP, in particular the part on West Kowloon Cultural District to reflect the latest position.
