Ying Kwok-ching to assume the post of Deputy Commissioner in CSD (with photo)

    The Correctional Services Department (CSD) announced today (July 10) that Assistant Commissioner Mr Ying Kwok-ching will assume the post of Deputy Commissioner on July 23, 2006 to succeed Mr Kwok Leung-ming who will assume the post of Commissioner.

     Mr Ying, aged 52, joined the department (known as the Prisons Department until 1982) as Officer in 1974 and assumed the post of Assistant Commissioner in September 2004.
