New District Officer for Sha Tin (with photo)

    Mr Andrew Lai will assume the post of Sha Tin District Officer tomorrow (July 7), succeeding Mr Philip Chan.

     Mr Lai joined the Administrative Service of the Government in 1992 and has served in various branches/bureaus and departments, including the City and New Territories Administration, the Planning, Environment and Lands Branch, the Housing Department and the Civil Service Bureau.

     His last posting was Administrative Assistant to the Secretary for the Civil Service.
