The Hong Kong East Hospital Cluster announced today (June 5) that the Violet Peel Health Centre General Outpatient Clinic in Southorn Centre would be relocated to Lower Ground Floor, Tang Shiu Kin Hospital Community Ambulatory Care Centre, 282 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai, from next Monday (June 12).
A cluster spokesperson said the relocation was part of the initiatives of the Hong Kong East Hospital Cluster to rationalise healthcare services. It aimed to offer a better environment to facilitate the provision of Family Medicine specialty service, thus enhancing the quality of primary healthcare for the community.
To ensure smooth relocation, the Clinic in Southorn Centre will cease providing services from next Sunday (June 11, 2006). The service hours of the clinic after relocation are attached.
