The "Cartographic Survey of Historic Buildings Exhibition" will open tomorrow (June 6) at the Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre and run until until December 3. The exhibition features over 50 technical drawings produced by the Guangdong Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology, the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the Architectural Services Department and the Antiquities and Monuments Office, giving public an understanding of the work of cartographic surveyors of historical buildings in Hong Kong and the importance of heritage preservation. |
