A drawing of the roof ridge decoration of the Lo Pan Temple in Sai Ying Pun produced by the Department of Architecture of the University of Hong Kong. This drawing will be on display along with over 50 technical drawings produced by the Guangdong Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology, the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the Architectural Services Department and the Antiquities and Monuments Office at the "Cartographic Survey of Historic Buildings Exhibition" to run from tomorrow (June 6) at the Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre until December 3. The exhibition will give the public an understanding of the work of cartographic surveyors of historical buildings in Hong Kong and the importance of heritage preservation.
