| Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Mr Frederick Ma, today (February 26) briefed investors at a seminar in Dubai on Hong Kong's strengths as an international financial centre and business opportunities, and encouraged them to use Hong Kong as an investment platform. Mr Ma is on a two-day promotional visit there together with a delegation of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council which comprises representatives of the financial services sector as well as the infrastructure and real estate industry.
