A Food and Environmental Hygiene Department officer inspects poultry seized in a blitz operation early this morning (February 17). The officers discovered an illegal poultry slaughtering factory and arrested a man at Kai Pak Leng, Yuen Long. About 80 dressed poultry were seized and about 1,000 live chickens found on the premises were handed over to the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department for further action.   Close
