Temporary closure of arrival passenger e-channels at Lok Ma Chau control point

    The Immigration Department announced today (February 10) that from Monday (February 13), six arrival passenger e-channels at Lok Ma Chau control point would be temporarily closed for renovation works as well as installation of additional e-channels.

     "To provide a more comfortable environment for travellers, a roof cover and other facilities for the e-channel walkway will be installed. To ensure the safety of travellers while construction is going on, the six arrival e-channels have to be temporarily closed for about one month, subject to weather conditions," a department spokesman said.
