An EMB spokesman said, "In setting up the Helpline, we hope to hear the voice of teachers directly, and to understand the work situation of individual teachers, so as to provide appropriate counseling or assistance."

The Helpline operators will, according to the services required, arrange for professionals or counseling personnel to render assistance.  Outside normal service hours, teachers or principals may choose to leave their personal data and services requested through e-mail.
