| At a press conference today (December 6), the Deputy Government Chief Information Officer (Operation) Mr Stephen Mak (left), Deputy Government Chief Information Officer (Planning and Strategy) Mrs Betty Fung (centre), and Director (Product Development, Marketing and Sales) of Hongkong Post Mr Michael Chung, announced that the Government would conduct a Request for Proposal exercise to invite the private sector to collaborate with the Hongkong Post Certification Authority in providing digital certificate services or to provide them on its behalf. |
