The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, extended his heartiest congratulations to the winning teams and departments of this year's Civil Service Outstanding Service Award Scheme. Mr Tsang also encouraged civil servants to continue to offer the best service with dedication and professionalism.
In a short video at the Award Scheme's prize presentation ceremony and variety show, Mr Tsang said, "Civil servants must strive to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of service to the public. Apart from responding promptly to public needs, civil servants should strengthen inter-departmental cooperation, and adopt proactive and innovative measures to improve service delivery."
At the Prize Presentation Night and variety show tonight (December 2), the Secretary for the Civil Service, Mr Joseph WP Wong congratulated the winning teams and departments. He also paid tribute to all the civil servants who have been providing excellent services to the public day in and day out.
