Appeal for information for missing persons (with photos)

    Police today (December 1) appealed to members of the public to provide information on the whereabouts of a man and a girl who have been reported missing.

     The missing man Wu Lai-ming, 57, was last seen at his home in Chuk Yuen North Estate, Tsz Wan Shan on November 23 and was reported missing by his wife on November 25.

     About 1.65 metres tall and weighing about 68 kg, he is of medium build.  He has a long face, normal eyes with a mole on the right eyebrow, short straight black hair and yellow complexion.

     He was last seen wearing a grey sports jacket, beige trousers and sandals.

     In another case, missing girl Yau Wing-yue, 15, was last seen at her home in Hau Tak Estate, Tseung Kwan O, on August 9 and was reported missing by her mother on September 27.

     About 1.6 metres tall and weighing about 54 kg, she is of medium build.  She has a round face, normal eyes with a mole between the eyebrows, medium long straight black hair and yellow complexion.

     Police urge anyone with information on the whereabouts of the missing persons to contact the investigating officers of the Regional Missing Persons Unit of Kowloon East on 2703 2425 or 2703 2430 or any police station.
