Following is the transcript (English portion) of a meet-the-media session by the Convenor of the Non-official Members of the Executive Council (ExCo), Mr Leung Chun-ying, and other Non-official Members after a visit to the MTR Corporations' Operations Control Centre and Maritime Square in Tsing Yi today (November 29).

Mr Leung : I do not have any information on the meeting, including when and where, and who will be meeting whom. What I can say is any form of constructive communications between the Central authority and members of the political community is a good thing.
Reporter: (inaudible)
Mr Leung: We should have a constructive dialogue about the 2007/08 elections proposal.
Reporter: What is your expectation about the marching this Sunday?
Mr Leung: Demonstration is one of the ways of Hong Kong people expressing their views. I do not have any expectation. If the Government proposal is not acceptable, what are the other proposals?
