Director-General of Trade and Industry, Mr Raymond Young (right), receives a dummy key from President and CEO, BMW Group Region China, Dr Christoph Stark,in front of a fleet of cars sponsored by BMW. An official limousine handing over ceremony was held today (November 29) to announce BMW's appointment as the provider of limousines for head of delegations during the World Trade Organization (WTO) Hong Kong Ministerial Conference next month.
