Man charged with trafficking in dangerous drugs

Police today (November 12) charged a 32-year-old man with two counts of trafficking in dangerous drugs.
The man was arrested by officers of the Narcotics Bureau yesterday (November 11) afternoon inside a building at 136 Tam Kung Road in Tokwawan. Subsequent search conducted in his residence resulted in the seizure of over $9.5 million worth of suspected cannabis weighing about 211 kilograms.
He will appear in the Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts on Monday (November 14).
