Final voter turnout for Kwun Tong DC by-election

By the close of the poll at 10.30pm, 2,940 of the 7,839 registered electors of the King Tin Constituency had cast their ballots in today's (October 23) Kwun Tong District Council by-election, representing a turnout of 37.5%. The poll started at 7.30am today.
