The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (October 20) that the red flag has been lowered at Kadoorie Beach in Tuen Mun District, following the advice by the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) that the water quality of the beach has been classified as Grade 3.
The red flag has been hoisted at the beach since October 17 following the advice by the EPD that the water quality of the beach had been classified as Grade 4.
