More than 90% of the vacancies are full-time jobs. Most of them offer a monthly salary ranging from $5,000 to $9,000. More than 90% of the vacancies require Form 5 educational level or below. More than 60% of them are open to job-seekers without relevant experience.

The ERB and 10 retraining institutes will give out information on retraining courses and accept on-the-spot application for the courses.

A newly-published Chinese booklet on job-seeking will be distributed at the venue by the department. The booklet gives an outline on tips to job-seekers on choosing careers, skills for writing application letter and resume, interview techniques and employment traps.
