Hong Kong people can watch the live broadcast of the Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, delivering his Policy Address and his subsequent press conference with a simple click into the Policy Address webpage (www.policyaddress.gov.hk), from 11am on Wednesday (October 12).
The speech will be broadcast live on TVB-Jade, Pearl, ATV-Home, World and Now Broadband TV-24 Hour ATV News Channel, Cable TV-Live News Channel, Infonews of Phoenix TV as well as Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) radio channels 1, 3, 5, Putonghua channel and RTHK On-line, Commercial Radio (FM88.1), Metro Finance (FM104) and HK Broadband (HKBN)-TV News Channel, Public Information Channel.
The Chief Executive will hold a press conference at 3pm to explain in detail his policy initiatives. The press conference will be broadcast live on TVB-Jade, ATV-Home, now Broadband TV-24 Hour ATV News Channel, Cable TV-Live News Channel, Infonews of Phoenix TV, RTHK-1, RTHK-3, RTHK Putonghua Channel and RTHK On-line.
People can also access the Internet version of the Policy Address on the Policy Address webpage through the 210 Community Cyber Points at 82 locations in various districts. The opening hours of these community cyber points vary. The exact opening hours are available on the homepage of the Home Affairs Department.
