    Following is the transcript of remarks by the Secretary for Security, Mr Ambrose S K Lee, in response to media enquiries about the case of Ching Cheong at the lobby of the Main Wing, Central Government Offices today (August 5):

Reporter: ...Ching Cheong's case...?

Secretary for Security: We have received information this morning that the Central Authority has formally arrested Mr Ching. Upon receipt of this information, we immediately notified Mr Ching's family. We will keep on liaising with the family and we will try our best to help them. We will also act as a bridge between the authority in Beijing and the family. If we have any further information on Mr Ching, we will notify the family.
