The Government lot was sold for $1,820 million at the Lands Department's fourth public land auction of the fiscal year this afternoon (February 22).

The lot, New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6310 at the junction of Sheung Yuet Road and Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon, has a site area of 4,715 square metres.  The developer is required to complete a gross floor area of not less than 33,948 square metres on or before September 30, 2010. It was sold to Win Harvest (HK) Limited at $1,820 million.  The opening bid was $608 million.

This site is designated for non-residential (excluding petrol filling station, residential care home, offensive trades and dangerous goods) purposes.

The auction was conducted at the Concert Hall of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre, Tsim Sha Tsui by Assistant Director of Lands Mr Chris Mills, assisted by Chief Estate Surveyor Mr James Hor.
