A Government spokesman said today (December 27) that two more Immigration officers have been deployed to Phuket to assist the verification of identity and facilitate the safe return of Hong Kong residents affected by the Tsunamis hitting Phuket in Southern Thailand.

The two officers are Senior Immigration Officer Lee To-lung and Immigration Officer Kwok Yee-fai. They had taken the KA212 flight to Phuket at 3.40pm today.
