Following is the transcript (English portion) of the remarks by the Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Donald Tsang, at a media session after attending the seminar on constitutional development this afternoon (June 11):

We have another seminar this afternoon. The atmosphere was excellent and there was harmonious and very constructive discussion covering a wide spectrum of areas concerning constitutional development and we can see that there was also a very accommodating spirit among all participants and there were some constructive ideas made, making the electoral arrangement for the Chief Executive and the legislature more representative. I think this was a very good experience and we can do more focused discussion in future.
