The Government announced today (March 31) its financial results for the eleven months ended February 29, 2004.
Expenditure for the period April 2003 to February 2004 amounted to $222.8 billion and revenue to $169.9 billion, resulting in a deficit of $52.9 billion.
The fiscal reserves stood at $262.6 billion at February 29, 2004.
More detailed figures are shown in Tables 1 and 2.
