Copies of the Policy Address 2004 to be delivered by the Chief Executive, Mr Tung Chee Hwa, in the Legislative Council tomorrow (January 7) and other related publications will be widely distributed to the public after Mr Tung concludes his speech.
The full text of all the publications will also be released on the Policy Address webpage (www.policyaddress.gov.hk).
Copies of the Policy Address will be available while stock lasts from 4.30pm to 7.30pm at 19 Public Enquiry Service Centres of the Home Affairs Department, and a counter set up by the Information Services Department at G/F, Murray Building, Central.
Copies of a leaflet containing the highlights of the Policy Address will be distributed at a number of public places from 4.30pm.
The leaflet will be distributed to students of tertiary institutions and secondary schools from Thursday (January 8).
The outlets and times for the distribution of the leaflet tomorrow are listed below:
* 19 Public Enquiry Service Centres in 18 districts from 4.30pm to 7.30pm;
* counter set up by the Information Services Department, G/F, Murray Building, Garden Road, Central, from 4.30pm to 7.30pm;
* the following eight Government Offices from 4.30pm to 7.30pm:
Central Government Offices Queensway Government Offices Immigration Tower Revenue Tower Wanchai Tower North Point Government Offices Trade and Industry Department Tower Tsuen Wan Government Offices;
* 10 Mass Transit Railway stations - Central, Causeway Bay, Tai Koo, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Kwai Fong, Tsuen Wan and Po Lam from 4.30pm to 7.30pm;
* five East Rail stations of the Kowloon-Canton Railway in Hung Hom, Kowloon Tong, Sha Tin, Tai Po Market and Sheung Shui from 4.30pm to 7.30pm;
* three West Rail stations of the Kowloon-Canton Railway in Nam Cheong, Tin Shui Wai and Tuen Mun from 4.30pm to 7.30pm;
* Ground Plaza of HSBC Main Building, 1 Queen's Road, Central, from 4.30pm to 7.30pm ;
* Times Square, Causeway Bay, from 4.30pm to 7.30pm;
* Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, from 4.30pm to 7.30pm; and
* the following 56 shopping centres of the Housing Authority from 4.30pm till the closing time of the centres:
