CE: The District Council Election has been completed very successfully. The high turnout rate of 44 percent and the whole process has been undertaking in a very fair, open and orderly manner. It demonstrates a very high degree of our citizens' responsibility and it is something we should all be very proud of. I am looking forward to working closely with the newly-elected members, making sure that they will be working together to enhance and improve the quality of life in Hong Kong , Kowloon and New Territories.
