Following is the transcript of a media session given by the Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Donald Tsang, after a meeting of the Council for Sustainable Development at the Central Government Offices West Wing lobby today (June 2):
Reporter: What do you want to achieve with the establishment of this new fund?
Chief Secretary: We will concentrate on arousing people's interest in sustainable development, and will be on general education issues. We are going to accept applications from organisations concerned with this subject. The criteria will be publicised, and if you look at the website then you will be able to understand the various criteria we have devised. It is pretty detailed.
