The Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food, Dr Yeoh Eng-kiong, was saddened by the death of a health care assistant of United Christian Hospital due to severe acute respiratory syndrome today (May 15).
"I wish to express my heartfelt appreciation for her commitment and dedication in taking care of patients," Dr Yeoh said.
"I am grieved to hear the loss of a dedicated health care staff and offer my deepest condolences to her family," he said.
