The Lands Department issued two consents for the sale of 214 residential units in two uncompleted development projects last month (April).

It is estimated that the two residential projects, in Kowloon and on Hong Kong Island, will be completed in July 2003 and June 2004 respectively, a spokesman for the department said today (May 7).

The department also issued one consent for 1,760 residential units in April 2003.

At the end of April, there were 19 applications for pre-sale consent involving 9,797 residential units expected to be completed before January 2005. There were three applications for pre-sale consent involving commercial units in West Kowloon Reclamation.

In addition, there were two applications for consent involving 2,548 residential units.
