The Financial Secretary has appointed Messrs Dickson Kai-tat Wong and Norman Ngai Wai-yiu, as members to the Insider Dealing Tribunal to inquire into possible insider dealings in the listed securities of Firstone International Holdings Limited (now renamed as Fortuna International Holdings Limited) during 1997.

Appointment of the two members was made pursuant to section 15(2) of the Securities (Insider Dealing) Ordinance (Cap. 395). Mr Wong is a certified public accountant and is the Director of Dickson Wong C.P.A. Company Limited. Mr Ngai is a chartered management accountant and is the Vice President (Resources and Administrative Services) of the Hong Kong Institute of Education. Both are familiar with the operation of Hong Kong's financial market.

They will sit on the Tribunal under the chairmanship of Deputy High Court Judge Michael McMahon. The preliminary hearing of the inquiry will be held on 16 April 2003 at the Insider Dealing Tribunal on 38th Floor of the Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
