It was announced in the Gazette today (March 21) that the Chief Executive has appointed Mr Edward Ho Sing-tin, SBS, JP as Chairman of the Antiquities Advisory Board from April 1, 2003 to December 31, 2004.

The Board is a statutory body to advise the Government on matters relating to antiquities and monuments.
