The Immigration Department announced today (March 8) that, effective from 10 March 2003, nationals of Angola may visit Hong Kong visa free for a period not exceeding 14 days.

'Nationals of Angola have to apply for appropriate visas if they wish to come to Hong Kong for a visit of more than 14 days or for purposes of employment, residence or education. Applications may be submitted at overseas Chinese Diplomatic and Consular Missions or direct to the Hong Kong Immigration Department through a local sponsor,' an Immigration Department spokesperson added.
