The public will be able to obtain copies of the 2003-2004 Budget Speech and a leaflet highlighting the key budget proposals at around 4.45pm tomorrow (March 5), following the presentation of the Budget by the Financial Secretary, Mr Antony Leung, at the Legislative Council.
Internet users will also find the full text of the Budget Speech and other related documents on the Budget Homepage (www.budget.gov.hk).
Free copies of the Budget Speech and the leaflet will be available while supplies last at 20 Public Enquiry Service Centres of the Home Affairs Department, the Government Publications Centre at Queensway Government Offices and a counter set up by the Information Services Department on the ground floor of Murray Building. These locations will open until 7.30pm tomorrow (March 5).
A glossy version of the Budget Speech in Chinese and English will be available for sale at $120 each at the Government Publications Centre.
Also, the leaflet will be distributed at the following locations:
