The Government announced today (October 26) the appointment of Mr Hu Fa-kuang, GBS, JP as Chairman of the General Committee of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Society for a period of one year from November 1, 2002 to October 31, 2003.

The Government has also appointed the following persons to be members of the General Committee of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Society for a period of one year from November 1, 2002 to October 31, 2003:

Ms Chow Kam-wah, Brenda

Mr Ho Sing-tin, Edward, SBS, JP

Ms Kwan Wing-kum, Janice
