The Government has appointed two new members, Mr Wong Mau-chung and Miss Lee Wing-yun, to the Commission on Youth for a two-year term starting April 1, 2002.
Meanwhile, six serving members are re-appointed for a two-year term starting from the same date. The re-appointees are Messrs Kennedy Wong Ying-ho, Cheng Yan-kee, Eddy Li Sau-hung, Patrick Yung Kwok-tai, Wilfred Lam Kwok-hing and Ms Ho Kim-fai.
The Commission on Youth is an advisory body set up to advise the Government on matters relating to youth. The members are drawn from a wide spectrum of the community to facilitate co-operation and exchange ideas on youth-related matters.
The following is a full list of the members of the Commission on Youth commencing April 1, 2002:
