Attention duty announcers, radio and TV stations:

Please broadcast the following as soon as possible and repeat it at regular intervals:

The Judiciary announces that all courts and tribunals will open tomorrow (July 7) E X C E P T the Labour Tribunal Night Court which will open as usual T O N I G H T.

Those who were due to attend court hearings this morning but were affected by the hoisting of tropical cyclone signal No. 8, they should do so at 9:30 a.m. T O M O R R O W (July 7).

For those due to attend hearings at the Labour Tribunal Night Court, they should do so at 6 p.m. T O N I G H T.

For the jury who have been selected to sit in a case should return to court when it resumes.

As for those who have been summoned for jury empanelment but were affected by the adverse weather are not required to attend court until further notice in writing.
