The Financial Secretary Mr Donald Tsang will present the 2001-02 Government Budget to the Legislative Council at its meeting at 2.30 pm on the coming Wednesday (March 7) in the Legislative Council Chamber.

Members of the public are welcome to observe the proceedings of the meeting from the public galleries of the Legislative Council Chamber. Simultaneous interpretation of the Budget Speech in both English and Putonghua will be provided. Reservation of seats can be made by calling 2869 9399 during office hours. Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
