The following is issued on behalf of the Judiciary:

The Judiciary today (October 13) announced the appointment of the Hon Madam Justice Maria Candace YUEN Ka-ning to be in charge of the Companies and Bankruptcy List of the High Court, and the Hon Mr Justice Michael John HARTMANN to be in charge of the Constitutional and Administrative Law List of the High Court.

Both appointments are effective from today.
