Following is the transcript of the stand-up session (the English portion) given by the Chief Executive, Mr Tung Chee Hwa at The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Kwai Fong Integrated Youth Service Centre after his visit to two families in Tsuen Wan and Kwai Chung.

Reporter: Shouldn't he (Mr Gary Cheng Kai-nam) withdraw from the upcoming LegCo Elections?

Chief Executive: I think it is important now for Mr Cheng himself to explain his position to the community as a whole.
