One of the victims of the Immigration Tower fire passed away at Princess Margaret Hospital early this (August 11) morning.

The deceased was a 26-year-old right-of-abode claimant. He was certified dead at 7.04 am.

A total of 15 persons still stay at hospitals. Seven of them are staff members of the Immigration Department. Two of the victims are in critical conditions, including an immigration officer. For the remaining victims, three are in serious conditions, eight are in stable conditions and two are in satisfactory conditions.
